The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. Although the hotel is on a busy road and our room was ground level facing the road and across the aisle from the swimming pool, the room was very quiet. The breakfast was adequate. There was hot food along with cereal, rolls, yogurt and fruit. The waffles were good (shaped like Texas - really cute). Compared with other hotels I have stayed at over the years, this was, I believe, a little pricier than most - but from checking other hotels in the Waco area, they were all higher than I would have expected, so for the area this room was probably a bargain. This was a nice room. It was comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Overall a very good experience.
It's a nice place. Good size pool, large hot tub. Full breakfast. My only negative "gluten free available upon request"......... No, it's not. They have what they have. But there are gluten free cereal's, as well as non dairy milk. But if you want gluten free muffins or toast,, not available.
The room was very clean. The location is a very nice area, but it would be nice if they did something about campers and moving vans pulling into the parking lot and blocking all the parking spots. There's a shopping mall or something next door that they could use instead. Also, the toilet in our room did not flush. But other than those small things, my gf and I had a pleasant stay. It was great quality for the price.
This was my first time at this property. The location is a little quieter than the one on 35 buy the room was small and entryway was cramped. The bed was nice, firm and room was quiet so the size was overlooked. Quality sleep is most important to me. Breakfast was the same microwave stuff as others and something that really gives no value to the price. I will stay here next Waco trip... great staff and easy location.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Homemade cookies at the desk everyday. Breakfast was good with many choices. Clean and quiet hotel. Liked it better than any other Best Western I have stayed at.
