This is a nice hotel. We were only here for the night and it worked fine for us. The breakfast is good, the rooms and the hotel in general is clean and fairly modern. The bed was comfortable for the night. The location is pretty decent and is near a handful of places.
Pleasant town, clean hotel. We had two Queens and a sofa bed. The pool was open in October! A plus! The front desk staff was helpful and efficient. The breakfast was ok, except for the limp turkey bacon, which looked super scary. Otherwise, a pretty good stay.
Seriously annoyed by this place and their lack of customer service! My boss booked our rooms, TWO rooms, for Monday through Sunday. Because we didn't arrive on time they gave one room away starting Wednesday! I worked an 18 hour day (4:15am-10:30pm), on my feet or on a horse, and ended up having to share a room with my boss! They didn't offer anything but an, "I'm sorry"!!! I didn't have the energy to find me a room somewhere else and neither did my boss. The hotel is very nice and so are the rooms, I guess I'll get to see how comfortable the pullout couch is.
Really nice place, great staff. The beds are comfortable and the suites are spacious. I originally only planned to stay for one night but I decided this is probably the best hotel in the area and extended my stay. I have to stay somewhere because my home in Houston flooded. This was a good choice.
Great hotel! We stayed here on a visit to see Magnolia Market. Downtown Waco is a little sketchy but this is on the nicer end of town. The only weird thing about the room was that the tv sound was blaring when we came in. But the bathroom, bed, room in general were very clean. Breakfast was pretty good. The property is kept up very well!
