They put new CV axles in car. The next day a lot of smoke was coming out of tailpipe. I took it to Fred's Radiator Repair, and they said CV axles were installed wrong which made the transmission fluid leak and caused smoke from tailpipe. I paid over $800 for a job they didn't do right and had to pay more money to get it fixed. I'm going on Monday to ask them to pay for the cost of fixing it. I didn't want to take it back to them to fix out of fear they would screw something else up.
Christian Brothers went above and beyond to repair my daughter's handicap van so that we could make her important doctor's visit. The van had to be towed to their shop and repaired quickly. Even though I had never been to their shop before they treated me as though I had been a regular customer for years! They repaired the van with even a little time to spare and we made the appointment on time! I appreciate their wonderful service and willingness to help out in our situation. Treated very well! The driver took me to and from work in a nice comfortable car and he was a genuine pleasure to ride with. The work that was needed was explained before they did anything and again when I picked the car up. Very happy with my experience and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Great customer service. I had my vehicle inspection completed in a timely manner (despite being a drop in). They even replaced one of my lights for free. I will definitely be coming back.
